The whole pulping workshop adopts fully automatic batching and adopts three-layer design

Rolling & Compressing

The pressure can be automatically controlled according to the data of laser thickness measurement
Not limited by the pressure between the rolls, the control is more accurate

Slitting

Slitting into fixed width pole pieces by slitting machine
The equipment is equipped with a CCD detection system
On-line detection of surface appearance defects and abnormal dimensions of pole pieces, and identification of defective products detected by CCD

Winding

Winding speed: 21PPm
